Prescribing in Pregnancy

Revised. Medicines that are unavailable or being discontinued (rantidine, cilazapril) and links to bulletins that are no longer available have been removed.

Prescribing in Breastfeeding

Revised. Advice to monitor INR in breastfed infants due to maternal warfarin use has been removed.

Pharmacogenetics

Revised. Hepatitis C treatment was removed as an example of a treatment that is guided by genotype locally. Proportions of poor metabolisers of CYP2D6, CYP2C9 and CYP2C19 plus ultra-rapid metabolisers of CYP2D6 in populations were updated.
